All available payment options are shown at checkout. Apple Pay appears on supported Apple devices using Safari, and Google Pay appears on supported browsers and devices. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash on delivery.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), and all payments are processed in USD.

Pricing and Taxes

The price shown on each product page is the price you pay for the item. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders, so no shipping fees are added at checkout. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated based on your shipping address and clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

When Your Payment Is Charged

Your payment is charged when you place your order. After it is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Payment Security

Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. All payments are handled by trusted, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Palace Furniture never stores your full card number.

Order Verification

To protect customers from fraud, some orders may be reviewed before processing, and we may contact you to verify your information. If an order cannot be verified, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If Your Payment Is Declined

Please check that your card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address match the details on file with your bank. If the problem continues, contact your bank or card issuer, or try a different payment method. Orders are not processed until payment is successfully completed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
