The 100% pine wood used is beautiful, but to balance its knotty nature, wood veneer is applied to the large panels over solid wood boards, giving it a silky smooth feel and a spot-free appeal. Measuring 32"w x 48.5"h x 17"d, the chest is offered in a choice of Mahogany, Honey Pine, and Java color options. Actual color may vary, and wood samples are available upon request for color matching.

Constructed with attention to detail, the chest features a solid wood panel in the center for stability, a solid wood cross-tie at the bottom for added rigidity, and 4 mm (5/32") plywood back panels nailed to the frame, creating a robust structure. The side panel Euro glides are factory-mounted, and the framed top is designed to prevent micro-cracking, with grooves that enhance the aesthetics.

The four deep, large-capacity Super Jumbo Drawers have interior dimensions of 26"w x 13.5"d x 8.5"h. They are equipped with metal Euro roller glides with safety stops, ensuring smooth running, heavy-load capacity, and long lifespan. The face panels have beveled edges, and the 4 mm (5/32") plywood bottoms can hold substantial weight. The drawers are assembled using pocket hole butt joints, making the assembly process easy with just a screwdriver/screw gun and a hammer.

The wood knobs, sold separately, feature a metal antique brass finish and a tenon for a tight hold. The pine wood is kiln-dried to prevent splitting and size distortion, and the chest is sourced from "Smart Wood" sustainable tree farms, as required by Brazilian law.

The chest ships flat in one box and is packaged in additional double-wall carton boxes in the USA for the best protection. Assembly is required, but only a screwdriver/screw gun and a hammer are needed.
